  • all goods to remain the property of "Breena Art" until payment received in full.
  • all cheques to be made payable to "Breena Art"
  • new accounts are subject to proforma invoice. Pre payment required before delivery.
  • WE REGRET NO CREDIT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT PRESENT DUE TO TOO MANY ACCOUNTS NOT BEING SETTLED. WE ARE A SMALL COMPANY AND RELY ON PROMPT PAYMENT FOR OPERATING
  • carriage on orders under £100 is £5.00.
  • orders over £100 will be £8.00 for UK orders up to 2kgs thereafter up to maximum of £25.00.
  • orders received outside UK will be subject to £11.00 delivery charge up to 2kgs and thereafter maximum £45.00.
  • all prices shown do not include VAT
  • minimum order £30.
  • delivery is normally within 5 working days subject to availability - maximum 21 days delivery - however, during seasonal peak orders may take slightly longer.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations
==========================

Despatch of your order
We endeavour to despatch your order within one week, subject to availability. During seasonal peak demand, despatch may take longer.

Delivery to UK addresses
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched within 5 working days depending on availability.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (for smaller orders) or City Link.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Next Working Day) for parcels up to 1kg only.

City Link (next day delivery before 5.30pm) for parcels 1.1kg and up.

Please note, a signature will be required upon delivery.
All orders under £100 carriage costs: £3.00
All orders over £100 carriage costs: £5.00 up to 2kgs thereafter maximum £25.00
All orders outside UK/Scottish Highlands/Ireland £8.00 up to 2kgs thereafter maximum £45.00

*For all City Link deliveries, please allow an extra day delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Returns
======

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Breena Art purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a no quibble guarantee to exchange or refund your purchases.

Refund
Simply return your purchases to us within 14 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value and the original delivery cost of the returned goods directly to you.

Exchange
Simply return your purchases to us within 14 days clearly stating that you would like an exchange. We will then despatch replacement goods straight away at no further cost to you.

Cancellations
==========

You can cancel an order by emailing orders@breenaart.co.uk quoting your Breena Art Order Number. Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.

If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be despatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message BEFORE you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases to us in the normal way for a full refund.
